I signed up for a 7-day trial on Smallpdf.com to convert a PDF file to Word. As part of the registration, I entered my card details. Once the trial period ended, my account was unexpectedly charged $108.

I immediately attempted to cancel the payment, but there is no clear way to contact anyone at Smallpdf for help. There is no proper customer support or reachable contact information.

I am requesting that my $108 be refunded immediately, as this charge was made without my explicit approval beyond the trial period. Customers should not be forced into paying such a high fee for a trial service, especially without transparent communication or direct support.
