However, when I tried to cancel my subscription, I realized that there was no cancellation button on the website. Today, I checked my bank account and saw that SmallPDF withdrew $12 (₺441.24) from my card three days ago—without my permission! When I logged into the site, it even showed that I had no active subscription, yet I was still charged.
I demand an immediate refund and a full cancellation of any charges moving forward.
