SmallPDF Charged Me $12 Without Consent—No Way to Cancel Subscription

I needed to convert a PDF file on SmallPDF.com, and the site required me to enter my credit card details for a free trial. Since I only needed to use it once, I signed up for the 7-day trial, expecting to cancel it later.

However, when I tried to cancel my subscription, I realized that there was no cancellation button on the website. Today, I checked my bank account and saw that SmallPDF withdrew $12 (₺441.24) from my card three days ago—without my permission! When I logged into the site, it even showed that I had no active subscription, yet I was still charged.

I demand an immediate refund and a full cancellation of any charges moving forward.
