Skycop Withholds €240 Compensation for SunExpress Flight Delay

In approximately October 2025, I submitted a flight delay compensation claim through Skycop for a single-leg SunExpress flight. Skycop confirmed that I was entitled to €400 in statutory compensation and stated that after deducting their service fee, a net amount of €240 would be transferred to me upon recovery from the airline.

Despite the passage of considerable time into 2026, Skycop has repeatedly stalled the process with generic assurances that the case is still ongoing. No funds have been transferred to my account to date.

I demand that Skycop fulfill their commitment by immediately disbursing the full €240 net payout owed to me and providing a transparent, written explanation for why this claim has remained unresolved for so long.
