Skycop Claim f0b91d68 Pending With No Clear Update

On April 5, 2025, I experienced a 4-hour delay on Pegasus flight PC2815 from Trabzon to Sabiha Gökçen. As a result, I submitted a flight compensation claim through Skycop. My claim reference number is f0b91d68. It has now been exactly five months since I filed the claim, and the process is still not finalized. Whenever I contact Skycop customer service, I am repeatedly told that they are “waiting for a response from the airline” and that I need to continue waiting.

Such a long delay is unacceptable. If the compensation has already been obtained, I request that my payment be made immediately. If the process is still ongoing, I demand a clear and up-to-date explanation regarding the current status of my case. This is the first time I have experienced such a problem, and I expect my grievance to be resolved.
