Skycop Delays €400 Turkish Airlines Compensation Claim 2A71a8c8 for Four Months

On March 18, 2026, my Turkish Airlines flight TK2617 from Diyarbakır to Istanbul—part of a connected journey to Dalaman—was canceled. Following the disruption, I initiated a compensation claim against Turkish Airlines through Skycop under Claim ID 2A71a8c8 (Booking Reference / PNR: vqgusa). The Skycop system explicitly confirms that I am entitled to €400 in statutory compensation.

Despite submitting all requested documentation, including my government ID and boarding passes, the status of my claim has remained stuck on "Waiting for airline response" for nearly four months. There has been zero tangible progress, no detailed communication, and no payout rendered.

I demand that Skycop provide a transparent, written status update on Claim #2A71a8c8 immediately. Furthermore, if Turkish Airlines has already settled or responded to this claim, I demand the immediate payout of my net compensation minus the agreed service commission without further delay.
