Skycop Failed to Resolve AJet Flight VF4091 Delay Claim After One Full Year

On July 24, 2025, my AJet Airways flight (Flight VF4091, PNR: 30GKEN) suffered an unannounced delay, causing me to miss my connecting flight and delaying my final arrival by 24 hours. Following this major disruption, I submitted a claim through Skycop in September 2025 to collect the statutory compensation owed to me.

Despite a full year having passed, Skycop has failed to produce any concrete results or provide transparent status updates. Worse yet, because of the exclusive agreement signed with Skycop, I was legally prevented from pursuing my rights independently, causing me to miss statutory deadlines for direct legal remedies. When I contacted Skycop support again today, they offered no satisfactory explanation, timeline, or resolution for their inaction.

Skycop’s severe mismanagement has resulted in both unpaid compensation for the AJet delay and the forfeiture of my independent legal recourse. I demand that Skycop take immediate accountability for this negligence, disburse the full compensation owed for the AJet flight disruption, and issue a formal written statement addressing the resolution of my claim.
