Skycop Delays €224 Compensation Payout for Transavia Claim #26683af6

On January 17, 2026, I submitted a flight delay compensation claim (Claim #26683af6) through Skycop regarding my Transavia flight. Although the system confirmed my eligibility for €400 in statutory compensation—leaving a net balance of €224 due to me—Skycop has failed to transfer these funds for several months.

When I contacted Skycop customer support to inquire about the delay, I received generic boilerplate responses citing high workload, with no concrete updates, deadline estimates, or requests for additional documentation. Withholding a customer's approved flight compensation for months without providing transparent timeline commitments is entirely unacceptable.

I demand that Skycop immediately disburse my €224 payout for Claim #26683af6 and provide a formal, written explanation detailing the reasons for this extended delay.
