Uber Eats Support Keeps Saying "We'll Get Back to You" But Never Does

About three weeks ago, I placed an order through Uber Eats from the Watsons store in Eskişehir, totaling approximately $8. When my order arrived, I immediately noticed that the wrong items had been sent — completely different products from what I had ordered.
I submitted a support request through the app right away and explained the situation in detail. Despite reaching out multiple times over the past three weeks, all I ever receive is a promise that someone will get back to me — but no refund has been issued and no replacement has been arranged.
I am requesting either a full refund for the incorrect items I was charged for, or a replacement with the correct products. After three weeks of getting nowhere, I am asking that this be resolved immediately.
