Skechers Shoe Quality Complaint




I bought a pair of Skechers shoes on March 12, 2023, for 2,004.15 TL. But after only 5 months, the right shoe ripped open on the side near the front. I brought the shoes to Ayakkabı Dünyası to get them checked, and they gave them back, saying it was because of my mistake. I've included all the important information for you to check out. We've always been loyal customers of your brand, relying on your shoes and textile products. So, it's really surprising and disappointing to have had such a bad experience. I hope you'll get in touch with us soon and come up with a helpful solution. It would be great if you could also offer some sort of compensation. Just so you know, we haven't submitted a complaint to the Consumer Arbitration Committee yet. If we can't come to an agreement, we'll have to use the documents we have and take the issue to the Consumer Arbitration Committee. I hope you succeed in everything you do. This complaint shows how frustrated and disappointed a customer is with a popular brand and store.
