Skechers 894189TK Track Shoes Unraveled at the Seams

On 22/10/2023, I shelled out 2,649.00 TL at the Olka Sports Equipment Inc. Skechers store in Izmir Forum Bornova for a pair of black track shoes, model number 894189TK bbk, confidently promised a two-year warranty by the store staff. After rocking them a mere three times, I noticed the left shoe was unraveling at the seams on the inside, and with every wear, the stitching was calling it quits. Not cool. So, on 19/11/2023, I shipped the shoes back to the Skechers store in Izmir Forum Bornova for a thorough inspection, complete with a form number 1-308151. Cut to 25/11/2023, I get an SMS from a Skechers user (how quaint) saying, "Your scrutinized product with request number 1-308151 shows no manufacturing flaws." Fast forward to 28/11/2023, I swing by the store to pick up the supposedly flawless shoes. this company under the guise of a two-year warranty, couldn't stand by their product, didn't bother sending a result form related to the issue, and all they could muster was an SMS notification. Talk about buyer's remorse.
