Purchased Skechers from Marmara Park Branches Fall Apart Due to Poor Quality

I bought a pair of shoes from the Skechers store in Marmara Park two months ago, in August 2023. Due to my work requirements, I've only worn these shoes for a few hours on Sundays. However, I noticed that the colors on the sole were fading quickly. Furthermore, the solely developed cracks, and the inner heel portion tore apart. I sent the product in for inspection, but my claim was denied. This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied. The quality of the shoes does not meet my expectations, and I am disappointed that my complaint was not acknowledged. Because of the poor after-sales service, I have decided not to make another Skechers purchase in the future. It's critical for customers to have faith in a brand's quality and customer service, and unfortunately, this experience has eroded my faith.
