Burger King via Uber Eats Sent Half-Empty Fries and Missing Extras — Refund Denied Twice

I ordered the Spicy Gurme Menu from Burger King through Uber Eats on two separate occasions, and both times my orders arrived incomplete and poor quality — and both refund requests were denied.
In my May 2 order (#11193373571) and my June 4 order (#11292046825), I paid for large-size fries both times, but the boxes were more than half empty — nowhere near what a large portion should look like. In both orders, the spicy seasoning I paid extra for was not included at all, and none of the five buffalo sauces I added and paid extra for were included either. The food arrived cold, my Spicy burger was noticeably smaller than what I normally receive, and the quality of the chicken inside did not match what I am used to.
After all of this, I contacted Uber Eats support and was told a refund request had been submitted and that I would be reimbursed. A few hours later, I found out my request had been rejected. I submitted the refund request again multiple times that same day — no one called, nothing was approved, and I spent an entire day chasing my own money through live support with nothing to show for it.
I feel wronged both by Burger King for repeatedly sending incomplete and substandard orders, and by Uber Eats for refusing refunds on items that were clearly missing and not delivered as promised. I am requesting a full refund for both order #11193373571 and order #11292046825.
