I purchased two pairs of Skechers sneakers from the Marmara Park store, expecting quality and durability. However, both pairs developed tears in the inner lining within a short period.
When I contacted Skechers customer service, they refused to acknowledge any fault in the material or manufacturing. Instead, they claimed there were no issues with the product, despite store employees admitting that many customers have complained about the same inner lining problem.
At first, I thought the issue with the first pair was due to washing. But when the second pair, which had never been washed or treated in any way, also tore in the same spot, I realized this is a clear quality defect.
I will never purchase Skechers again, nor will I recommend it to anyone. Expensive yet poor-quality products with no after-sales support—that’s what Skechers has become. I demand a resolution—whether a repair, replacement, or refund. This is unacceptable!
