BDG Game Deposit Not Credited After UPI Payment
I made a UPI deposit of ₹1000 on March 13, 2026, to my BDG GAME account (mobile/account number 95252936**, Game UID: 21102926), but this amount has still not been credited to my game balance.
After noticing that the deposit did not appear, I contacted BDG GAME customer support.
They responded that they did not receive the deposit on their end, even though the payment was successfully completed from my side via UPI.
I respectfully request that the missing ₹1000 deposit be investigated and immediately credited to my game balance associated with account number 95252936** and Game UID 21102926, or that you provide a clear explanation and resolution to this issue as soon as possible.
