I purchased a pair of black Skechers GO Run Consistent shoes from the Marmara Forum Skechers store, and after just 9 months, both the heel areas and side stitching started to tear. I requested the store to send the shoes for inspection — not once, but twice — and both times, the result came back claiming no manufacturing defect.
This is incredibly frustrating, especially considering that I’ve bought multiple Skechers shoes over the years, and every single one eventually tore at the heel. But this time, the side stitching also ripped, which is a first for me. I asked for a replacement, but my request was rejected without any meaningful explanation.
It’s disappointing that a global brand like Skechers refuses to take responsibility for recurring issues that clearly point to a design or material flaw. Shoes should not fall apart in less than a year, especially when used under normal conditions.
I am extremely dissatisfied and will never purchase from Skechers again. I expect a fair resolution — either a full refund or product exchange — for a shoe that failed far too early. Treat your loyal customers with the respect they deserve.
