Defective Skechers Sports Shoes Denied Replacement Despite Visible Flaw!
After purchasing sports shoes from the Skechers Marmara Park store, I noticed the leather part near the lace hole on one shoe was on the verge of tearing. I promptly delivered the product to the store for inspection. Today, the store representative informed me that my request for a replacement was denied, stating there was no manufacturing material defect in the product. Despite selling this shoe at twice the price of its counterparts, there is a flaw in the upper leather, confirmed by the store representative. However, the examining team rejected it and sent it back. Your product fails to stand up even to basic brand standards. While waiting, I noticed many customers facing the same issue. They dismiss the products without proper examination. I have sent my product for reevaluation, and if this fails, I will escalate it to the Arbitration Board. I hope your renowned name lives up to its reputation by thoroughly examining the product with fairness.
