Skechers Shoe Quality Issue - Leather Peeling After 9 Months
It's been nine months since I bought a pair of Skechers shoes, and unfortunately, I've noticed a tear in the leather on the side and some peeling on the heel fabric. Even though the product came with a 2-year warranty, it unfortunately developed some issues. As a result, I decided to bring it to the Skechers store located in Bakırköy Capacity. Upon examining the product, they asserted that the issue was attributed to user error and not their liability. It's quite frustrating that even with the warranty, the shoes ended up tearing. I've never encountered a problem like this with shoes from other brands throughout the years. They failed to support their product when it experienced problems, resulting in inconvenience for the customer. I've never come across a company like this before. I kindly request prompt resolution to this matter in order to address my discontent.
