I Face Tearing Issue with Skechers Arch Fit Shoes Despite Warranty Coverage

I purchased a pair of Skechers Arch Fit shoes from the official Skechers store about nine months ago, expecting long-lasting quality. However, I was shocked to see tearing on both the sides and the front of the shoes in such a short period. These shoes were only used for daily office wear, with no rough use, no impact, and no friction that could justify this level of damage.

When I sent the shoes for inspection under the warranty, Skechers denied my claim, stating it was due to “user error.” This explanation makes no sense, as the shoes were worn strictly as intended. Tearing within nine months of light use strongly suggests poor material quality or a production defect, not user misuse.

I am very disappointed that Skechers refuses to take responsibility for a clear quality issue under warranty. I demand that Skechers reconsider their decision, approve the warranty claim, and provide either a replacement or a proper repair. I also expect Skechers to improve their quality control so customers do not experience the same frustration.
