Temu Sixth Free Gift Stuck at 99 Percent

I am writing regarding an issue with my sixth free gift on Temu. The progress for this free gift is stuck at 99% and has not moved forward. This problem started about 27 minutes ago and has remained the same since then. I have not yet contacted customer service, but I want to officially report that the free gift progress is not completing as expected. I kindly request that my sixth free gift be granted to me, as I have fulfilled the requirements on my side, and the system appears to be stuck. I ask that this situation be reviewed and resolved as soon as possible, and that the free gift be applied to my account.
