My Skechers Walking Shoes Deformed
Hello Skechers, I purchased a pair of men's walking shoes from the Ataşehir Metropol Skechers branch on March 22, 2024. Since there was no available size, it was sent to my home via delivery. On the fourth wear, I noticed a stitching defect inside the right shoe, causing discomfort to my little toe. I returned to the store, but despite the staff witnessing the defect and no external damage to the shoe, they refused to help, claiming there was nothing they could do. These are not cheap knockoffs or market brands. Even if I had purchased from such places, they would have assisted me in this situation. It's disappointing to receive such poor service for a pair of shoes worth 4,000 TL. I will initiate the necessary legal proceedings regarding this matter and Skechers' response.
