I deeply regret purchasing Skechers shoes and would never recommend the brand to anyone. Their products are overhyped by advertisements, yet the quality is extremely disappointing. Customer service is equally terrible, as they refuse to stand behind their products. My shoes, purchased less than a year ago, had a minor scuff on the toe, so I sent them for inspection. When they were returned, the sole was detached—a problem caused during their review process. Despite this, my complaints were rejected repeatedly, and Skechers refused to take responsibility for the damage they caused. This level of negligence is unacceptable. I will never buy from Skechers again and urge them to take accountability and provide a resolution for their defective products.
