Telegram Support Has Not Responded to My Hacked Account Complaint
About a week ago, my Telegram Premium account was hacked and taken over by another person. The incident started when I began receiving Telegram login codes in Russian through my email. Shortly afterward, I completely lost access to my Premium account because of repeated login problems.
The attacker removed both my original phone number and email address from the account. Now, when I try to log in using my number, Telegram only creates a brand-new account instead of restoring access to my original Premium account. Meanwhile, my actual account is still active and is currently being used by someone else without my authorization.
This situation is extremely concerning because my private conversations, personal information, contacts, and account data may now be accessible to an unauthorized person. I also have screenshots of my original Premium account and can clearly identify the current username and profile being used by the hacker.
Despite trying to contact Telegram support regarding this serious security issue, I have not received any response so far. I kindly request that Telegram urgently investigate this case, restore my original Telegram Premium account to me, and secure it against any further unauthorized access.
I am fully prepared to provide all necessary proof of ownership, including screenshots of the account, the phone number and email address that were originally connected to it, and any additional verification details required to confirm that I am the rightful owner. I also request that the hacker’s access be immediately removed and that my account security be restored as soon as possible.
