I purchased a pair of Skechers shoes, and after wearing them only four times, they became visibly deformed, as shown in the attached photos. Despite the obvious defect, my warranty claim was rejected. It's unacceptable for a premium-priced product to deteriorate so quickly, and even worse, for the company to refuse to take responsibility.
Skechers markets itself as a high-quality brand, charging three times more than other brands, yet they fail to stand behind their products. This is incredibly disappointing and frustrating.
I am now taking this matter to Consumer Rights. Skechers, you should be ashamed for ignoring valid complaints and selling defective goods without providing proper customer support. I demand a resolution immediately.
