Parimatch Deposit Missing After Successful UPI Payment

Today I made a deposit of ₹500 to my Parimatch account through UPI. The amount was successfully deducted from my UPI account under UTR number 612524734961, but the funds have still not been reflected in my Parimatch balance.

After noticing that the money had already been debited but was missing from my Parimatch account, I attempted to contact customer support for assistance. However, I could not find any valid support email address, and the live chat feature on the platform is also not functioning properly. Because of this, I have been unable to receive any support, update, or explanation regarding my transaction.

This situation is extremely frustrating because my money has already been taken from my account while the deposit remains unavailable. I request that the missing ₹500 be credited to my Parimatch balance immediately and that I be informed clearly about the current status of this deposit and the reason for the delay.
