I recently had an appalling experience with Skechers. I bought one of their products and, after using it for a short period of time, I noticed that there were cracks everywhere. I sent it back for review and they approved the return, but when I went back to select a replacement product, they told me that there was no product in stock and that I could only receive a 1500 TL voucher by paying the difference for a different product. This was completely unacceptable, as their products were faulty and they were unable to provide a suitable replacement. To make matters worse, they informed me that their products have no warranty. This is disgraceful and shows that Skechers are not living up to their promise of providing quality, guaranteed products. I am taking this matter to the Consumer Court and will not rest until I receive an immediate solution to this issue.
