Skechers Shoes Came Apart but I Was Blamed for the Damage

The shoes I bought from the Skechers store in Çanakkale were returned to me despite coming apart at the seam, with the explanation that it was a "consumer fault." It’s been about 7 months since I purchased them. I had chosen Skechers specifically for its reputation for quality and reliability, which makes this experience even more frustrating. Even though it’s clear that the shoes show no signs of wear, the response I received was unreasonably negative. I expected a fair evaluation process, but instead, I was quickly dismissed without proper justification. This kind of approach is very disappointing coming from a brand like Skechers.
