Eight months ago, I purchased a pair of Skechers Performance waterproof trekking shoes from the Triathlon store located in Kırklareli Minimal Shopping Mall. I have used the product regularly and with care. However, recently, tears appeared on both sides of the shoes. Experiencing such a problem with a pair of shoes that are supposed to be durable has seriously shaken my confidence in the brand.
I sent the product for inspection under warranty, but the result came back negative, and my claim was rejected. The inspection report stated that the problem was caused by the user, dismissing my claim without a real evaluation. It’s disappointing that a world-renowned brand like Skechers would cause such frustration and that the store’s attitude created such a negative impression of the brand’s quality.
My invoice number is 0196989469126. I request that the product be re-inspected and that either an exchange or refund be issued as soon as possible. I expect this matter to be resolved promptly.
