Skechers, after 3 months, responded to the complaint about the shoe that split at the sole with: "Dear customer, after examining your product with request turkey number 11-4434, we could not find any manufacturing defect. We regret to inform you that we cannot respond positively to your request." How can the sole splitting as shown in the attached image be considered user error? You pay so much money, and then the company...How can a sole literally splitting in two be considered user error? It's absolutely absurd. For a brand that positions itself as a leader in comfort and quality, this is completely unacceptable. I invested a significant amount of money in these shoes, expecting a product that would last longer than three months. Instead, I've been met with indifference and a refusal to take responsibility for their faulty product.
