Skechers Fails to Notify Customers of Deceptive Return Policy Changes

I can't stand how much trouble the Skechers online store is giving me lately. I bought a pair of shoes from their website in 2022. At the time, I knew that the only way to return or exchange an item was through the online store on their website. But in 2023, they decided to do away with in-store exchanges for good, and they didn't make any new rules for customers who had already bought something. This change was never told to me or any of the other loyal customers, so I feel like I've been cheated by a company that clearly doesn't care about its customers. Skechers' lack of responsibility is truly appalling, so I will never do business with them again.
