Skechers no longer delivers the quality it once did. I’ve had issues with three different pairs of their shoes. The first pair developed inner sole bunching, making them uncomfortable to wear. I sent them for inspection, but Skechers blamed me and rejected my claim. Only after filing a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board did they agree to a replacement.
Thinking this was a one-time issue, I bought the same model as a gift, but the sides of the shoe started coming apart. Again, Skechers denied any responsibility. Even worse, the replacement pair I received from the consumer case developed the same front separation issue.
For years, I trusted this brand, but their quality has dropped significantly. Skechers clearly does not care about customer satisfaction and refuses to stand by its products.
