Umingle IP Ban After Using Explicit Words – Requesting Warning Instead

I am writing regarding an IP ban that was applied to my Umingle access today, 4 May 2026. My IP has been blocked for about an hour as of now. The ban occurred after I used certain explicit words on the platform. I fully acknowledge that this was inappropriate and against the rules, and I solemnly confirm that I will not repeat this behavior or use similar language again. I respectfully request that you review my case, lift the current IP ban, and instead issue a formal warning on my account. I also accept that, if I ever repeat this kind of behavior in the future, you may permanently ban my IP. I have not yet been able to contact support through other channels, so I am explaining the situation here and asking for a second chance. I kindly ask you to consider this as a one-time mistake and to restore my access after your review.
