On April 25, 2025, I purchased a pair of Skechers Skech-Air Court sneakers online from the Özdilek Mall. In just about five months, the right shoe developed a split along the side stitching and a separation on the sole, while the left shoe’s sole showed noticeable wear. I only used the shoes for everyday wear under normal conditions—nothing extreme or unusual.
I sent the product for inspection on September 21, 2025, and on October 1, 2025, I was informed that my claim had been rejected due to “user error.” My order number is 13059141, invoice number AT02025000233724, and invoice date is April 25, 2025. The purchase was made from Afyon Mall. I’m aware that the warranty period is six months, and I strongly disagree with labeling these issues as user-caused within that timeframe.
I’ve purchased Skechers products multiple times—for myself and as gifts—and have faced similar quality issues before. This time, I wanted to give the company a chance to handle it properly, but once again, the response was disappointing. I’ve never encountered these kinds of problems with other brands. Classifying stitching failures and sole separations as “user damage” is simply unreasonable.
I’m requesting a replacement for my defective product and would like my issue resolved appropriately. However, after this experience, I no longer plan to purchase from the Skechers brand.
