Parimatch UPI Paytm Deposit Missing
I am writing regarding an issue with a missing deposit on my Parimatch account. Yesterday, between around 8–9 p.m., I made a deposit of ₹300 via UPI using Paytm, but the amount has still not been reflected in my Parimatch balance. After noticing that the money was deducted from my Paytm but not credited to my Parimatch account, I contacted your customer support. I was informed that the issue would be worked on soon. However, even now the ₹300 deposit has still not been credited to my account and there has been no clear update or resolution. I request that my ₹300 UPI Paytm deposit be either promptly credited to my Parimatch account or refunded back to my original payment method, and that I be informed in writing about the action taken on this transaction.
