Skechers Heel Insole Fraying Issue

On May 26, 2023, I purchased a pair of shoes from Ozdilek Park Istanbul. Surprisingly, the inner heel lining tore apart after only 2 months of use, causing the rigid material to injure my heel. When I sent the shoes in for inspection, they dismissed the problem as not being related to production. They refused to accept a return or take any positive steps toward resolving the issue. The shoes wore out simply from being worn throughout the day, showing signs of fraying and even puncturing. This ordeal has made me regret my decision to wear Skechers. It's disheartening when a product designed to provide comfort and durability fails so quickly, causing not only financial damage but also physical discomfort. Such incidents highlight the significance of providing quality and dependable customer service.
