Skechers Does Not Take Returns of Defective Items




I bought a pair of Skechers sneakers for my wife from the Skechers store at Izmit Outlet Center on September 3, 2023. To my dismay, the inner heel lining on both the left and right sides began to tear and develop openings after only 22 days of wear. I reported the problems to the store where I purchased the shoes on September 25, 2023. They informed me that the product would be inspected at the factory. However, on October 2, 2023, I received the disappointing news that the problems were not due to a manufacturing error, and thus the product could not be exchanged. Having such problems with a pair of shoes after only 22 days can be very frustrating. It's disheartening to receive a response like this after attempting to resolve the issue with the store. Skechers should stand behind the quality of their products, especially when such obvious flaws appear in such a short period of time. This experience has left me deeply disappointed.
