I ordered a pair of athletic shoes from Skechers' official website, expecting a professional and quality shopping experience given the brand’s global reputation. However, what I received was incredibly disappointing. Toward the end of my workday, I got a call from DHL asking for a delivery code—but I never received any code on my phone. The delivery person then claimed they had already dropped the package off at Adese, where I was located at the time.
When I returned home and opened the package, I was shocked to find that the shoe box was completely crushed and the outer plastic packaging was torn. Although the shoes themselves appeared undamaged and I didn’t want to go through the hassle of a return, this is not the first time this has happened. Every time I order from Skechers, the shoe box arrives in poor condition, which is unacceptable for products that cost this much.
A brand like Skechers should not be shipping items with so little care for presentation or protection. I kindly request that Skechers send me a replacement shoe box, as the original is unusable. Additionally, I want to express my dissatisfaction with the DHL delivery experience—they were careless and vague during the drop-off. If Skechers wants to maintain its customer loyalty, it must work with more reliable couriers and ensure proper packaging every time.
