I ordered a pair of Skechers directly from their official website, expecting quality and durability from a well-known brand. Unfortunately, just one week after I started wearing them, the heel area completely collapsed and lost its structure. The shoes became uncomfortable and nearly impossible to wear.
I sent them in for inspection, confident this would be covered under warranty, only to have them returned to me in the exact same condition with a note saying it wasn’t a manufacturing defect. When I called customer service to follow up, they repeated the same line—no production fault, no resolution.
I didn’t spend this kind of money for shoes that would fall apart after a few uses. I paid for comfort, durability, and brand trust. What kind of warranty doesn’t cover such an obvious defect after only a week? It’s unacceptable that Skechers refuses to take accountability.
