I purchased a pair of Skechers shoes thinking I was investing in quality, but I’ve been left extremely disappointed. Before even a year passed, and despite only occasional use, a noticeable tear developed on the side of the shoe. When I reported the issue, I was told it wasn’t a manufacturing defect and they refused to take responsibility.
This is simply unacceptable. When customers pay premium prices, we expect premium quality and after-sales support. But Skechers chooses to dismiss clear product flaws instead of standing behind their brand. In contrast, other retailers like Filo or Deichmann at least evaluate customer concerns fairly and don't leave you stranded.
It’s disheartening to see such indifference from a global brand. My entire family used to buy Skechers, but after this experience, we’re done. I urge Skechers to reconsider its approach to product quality and customer service. Ignoring genuine customer concerns will only push loyal buyers away. This issue should be addressed properly and fairly—I expect either a repair, replacement, or refund.
