I bought a pair of Skechers shoes for ₺4600 from Sporthink Manisa Salihli. I only wore them four times, and yet the inner lining started tearing at the sides. I sent them in under warranty, and after waiting a full month, I got a rejection with no proper explanation.
It’s unbelievable that a shoe at this price point would fall apart in just four months. Even worse, when I went back to the store, they didn’t even acknowledge me—completely ignoring the issue. Funny how friendly and helpful they are when selling the shoes, but once there's a problem, they disappear.
I now suspect they dragged the warranty process on purpose to run out the 6-month coverage window. This brand clearly doesn't care about customer satisfaction. If this happened to me, it will happen to others too—and judging by other complaints, I'm not alone.
