I purchased two pairs of Skechers shoes from the official online store: the Nampa model and the Arch Fit 2.0 Safe House model. While the Arch Fit pair fits perfectly and is very comfortable, the Nampa model is causing serious discomfort. Specifically, the left shoe puts excessive pressure on the ball of my foot, which results in pain every time I walk.
I submitted the Nampa pair for inspection, clearly explaining the issue. However, Skechers returned the shoes stating they found no problem. But I wore them again today, and the same painful issue persists—because I am the one wearing them and feeling the discomfort firsthand. If the issue were with my foot, I would have experienced similar problems with the other two Skechers models I own, including the Bionic Trail – Flash. But I’ve never had any issues with those.
This is clearly a manufacturing fault, but Skechers refuses to acknowledge it. I am deeply disappointed with how my complaint has been handled and expect a response worthy of the brand’s reputation. I urge Skechers to take responsibility and provide either a replacement or a refund. I will continue to monitor and report on this case until it is properly resolved.
