I’ve been a loyal Skechers customer for years and have purchased around 10 pairs of Skechers shoes. Until recently, I was extremely satisfied with their comfort and quality. However, the last pair I bought has completely changed my opinion. The soles are unbelievably stiff—like walking on stones—and after wearing them, my legs ache badly.
I submitted the shoes for inspection, but Skechers responded saying, “There are no cosmetic defects.” Of course there aren’t—it’s not about how they look! The issue is with how they feel and perform, and I can’t even wear them because of the pain. Isn’t that reason enough to take my complaint seriously?
Their customer support was completely unhelpful, repeating the same scripted line over and over, like talking to a robot. There was no real attempt to resolve the issue or even understand my experience. If Skechers refuses to take accountability for defective comfort, I will make sure to share my experience widely with others.
Skechers, I urge you to resolve this by offering a refund or replacement. Comfort is not just a cosmetic feature—it’s why we buy your brand in the first place.
