Simple Premium Subscription Didn’t Stop After Cancellation

I purchased a package from Simple Premium. The description stated that if I paid a small fee for 3 months, I would receive an additional 3 months for free. However, even though I canceled my subscription before the year ended, monthly charges of $11 have continued to be deducted from my Ziraat Bank card since July 2025.

The charges continued even after I canceled my subscription. Although I later realized there was information about this in the contract, it was not clearly disclosed at the time of purchase. I have been charged over $31 in total for a service I barely used.

I only intended to pay for one month of use, and I hardly used the service at all. I am requesting a full refund of the charges deducted from my card (last four digits: 0011).
