I Never Subscribed but Simple Premium Took Money From My Card
On February 5 at 9:38 AM, I noticed a charge of $31 on my Ziraat Bank card under the name “Simple Premium,” made without my knowledge or consent. I have not applied for any membership related to this service, nor have I knowingly given any approval for such a charge.
For this reason, I am requesting that this charge made under the name Simple Premium be fully canceled and that the $31 be refunded to the same card. Additionally, I request that my name, card information, and any memberships or subscriptions created under my details be immediately deleted, and that no further charges be made to my card.
I ask that a full investigation be conducted into this unauthorized transaction and that I be informed of the outcome in writing or by phone. I also request that my issue be resolved promptly.
