Simple Premium Charged Me $186 Without My Consent
On April 19, July 19, and October 19, I was charged three times—each for $62 + $62 + $62 = $186 total—from my credit card under the name Simple Premium. I did not approve any of these transactions. I am requesting a full refund of all charges.
I have only contacted my bank regarding this issue, and my card has since been canceled. I have all transaction receipts available. I am requesting that these charges made through my Simple Premium account be canceled, that any active subscription be terminated, and that all amounts be fully refunded to me.
I expect a prompt resolution to this issue.
