Simple Life App Charged Me $62 After Subscription Cancellation

Even though I canceled my Simple Premium subscription on the Simple Life app 2 months ago, I have noticed that charges are still being made to my card. Today, I saw two separate charges totaling $31 + $31 = $62 deducted from my Ziraat Bank debit card.
Despite canceling the subscription, I am still being charged, and I have been unable to find any way to contact Simple Life support. I cannot find any support channel to get help regarding these charges, which has left me in a difficult situation.
I am requesting that both charges $62 be fully refunded to my card and that my Simple Premium subscription be completely and permanently canceled.
