Simple Premium Subscription Not Canceled and Charged for 9 Months
Even though I previously canceled my Simple Premium subscription, I have continued to be charged 399 TRY per month $12 for the past 9 months. Since I canceled the membership, I no longer use the service, and being charged without my approval has caused me serious inconvenience.
I do not have a confirmation message or proof of the cancellation, but I do have screenshots showing the charges made over the last 9 months. This situation has resulted in financial loss and is extremely concerning from a consumer rights perspective.
Although I attempted to contact customer service/support regarding this issue, my complaint was not addressed and no solution was provided. Therefore, I am requesting a full refund of all charges that were unfairly collected and that my Simple Premium membership be completely and permanently canceled.
Otherwise, I will file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee and pursue all available legal remedies. I request that this matter be resolved as soon as possible.
