If Simple Life charged you without consent and you want to stop payments + get a refund,

Stop future charges immediately;

• Check your subscription:
– iPhone: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
– Android: Google Play → Subscriptions

• Cancel it right away
– Important: deleting the app does NOT stop billing

• If you subscribed via website:
– Log in → Plan Management → Turn off auto-renewal

Request a refund;

• Write to Simple Life support:
– “I was charged without consent. Cancel my subscription and issue a full refund.”

• Include:
– Email used
– Receipt / transaction ID
– Date of charge

• Note:
– Refunds are usually possible within 30 days

Contact your bank (strongest step);

• Tell them:
– “Unauthorized subscription charge”

• Request:
– Chargeback / dispute
