Simple Life Weight Loss App Secretly Bills $41 Overseas Premium Charge

I subscribed to the Simple Life weight loss program for a nominal fee of around $7. While I intended to use only this low-cost membership, I just received a notification on my Akbank card showing that an overseas charge (Dover/USA) of $41 was processed from my account under the name "Simple Premium."

I had no desire to upgrade to a Premium membership; this $41 charge was processed without my request, consent, or knowledge. I never performed any action within the app or anywhere else to purchase a Premium membership.

I emailed Simple Life to report the issue, but I do not know when or how they will respond. I demand the immediate cancellation of this unauthorized Premium membership charge and a full refund of $41 to my Akbank account as soon as possible.
