I Want My Money Back From Unauthorized Simple Premium Transaction
On October 16, 2025, a charge of $33 was made to my QNB virtual card under the name “Simple Premium” without my knowledge or authorization. I do not have any membership or account associated with Simple Premium, and there is no customer service available that I can contact regarding this company.
Since this transaction was made without my consent, I am requesting a full refund of the $33 charged to my account.
