Simple App Subscription Not Canceled and Still Charging Me

The Simple weight loss app charged me even though I’m not using it. I want a refund. Even though I deleted my account, the charges are still continuing. Can you please help me?

I am requesting a refund of $31 and ask that the money be returned to my account. This situation is causing me serious inconvenience. I want my membership to be fully canceled and my money refunded.
